By default windows will share partition root folder (C$) and system root (ADMIN$). This share folder used for administrative purpose, but if you consider the private data on your computer, perhaps you could remove these share. If you try to remove/delete these share folder, it will recreated when your reboot. But…
If you want to disable permanently, so they will not be recreated on the next reboot, use this:
1. Open regedit.exe (Registry Editor)
2. Go to; HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\ Services\ LanmanServer\Parameters
3. Add new AutoShareWks DWORD (Or AutoShareServer for Windows Server) with value data to 0, and remove this key if you want to re-enable of default hidden share folder.
